DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!
We had a appointment today and they confirmed and they decided to just cancel.
1st off we have never met this doctor. They say you are seeing this doctor but you end up seeing someone random then, you get a bill in the mail
That the doctor charged a 45 mins visit each time.
Charging another CPT code that my insurance doesn’t use because they spoke to me 1 sec..
Mind you. Our “FaceTime” visit is always less than 10 mins.
You will not get help here.. this place will make you worst off ,if you are truly looking for help.
It’s a joke!!!

Do not come here. They will rob you of your money and time. They are not there to help you get better, they actively do their best to make you feel the worst as possible. I genuinely can’t understand why they are so cruel and would rather have you go through withdrawals than have you miss an appointment. I have been coming to this place for almost 4 years now and never have they listened to what I needed. Now I will have to go without my medication due to their incompetence and stupidity. All of these 5 star reviews are completely luck based. If you have anything other than depression an anxiety

I had Dr. Afrina when I was at the Seay Center in August 2015. She was so caring and helpful. She is very down to earth. Highly recommended. I have had a great experience dealing with her Physician Assistants Alex and Julia. I feel like they all care about me and not just my mental health but my physical health as well. I have ri add they really listen to me and aren't quick to brush me off or quick to medicate me.

Although I have not had direct contact with Dr. Afrina, I have been seeing her PA Julia Messineo and I absolutely love her. She’s very enthusiastic during our appointments and is always very understanding of my comments and concerns during appointments. It took me a while to find a good psychiatrist and I am so glad I found this one. She’s very helpful and I finally feel that I am able to use my brain power to its fullest extent. She is very easy to talk to and so helpful in finding the right treatment for me.

I was recommended by my therapist (shares office space ) to visit with Dr Afrina or her PA Alex to discuss the options for ADHD medication.
My appointment was with Alex and Alex was great to work with. She is very caring and easy to talk to! I appreciate her support and will always recommend this office to any peers that might be in need.

I am overall pleased with the service I get here! Ms.Alex is great with my son we absolutely adore her. I travel over 45 minutes to get to this location because I honestly believe that they are the best. Ms. Afrina goes above and beyond to make sure that our needs are accommodated which I highly appreciate. The front staff is knowledgeable and can be helpful at times. The people here at the office are like family they've been so supportive and I highly recommend that you come see them. You will not regret it 😊

The office staff is polite and helpful. I see the PA, Alex Blaeser. She is warm, kind and helpful, much unlike my former provider. You can tell she's genuinely interested in your input and helping you get better. She wants to help you find a treatment plan that is specific to YOU. Nothing cookie cutter about her care. I did have an issue one time with getting the overseeing physician, Dr. Afrina, to approve a new prescription; but have not since had an issue. Alex is very flexible and was able to fit me in on a day I desperately needed to see her. I have moved away from the Plano area, but will

I have been struggling with depression for most of my life. I have had trouble opening up and trusting other doctors. I have been seeing Alex for several months now, and I feel like she understands me and wants to help me. I have had huge improvement over the last several months and am thankful for the help that she has provided.
