Services
There are several methods for the treatment of skin cancers and it is important to understand the differences between your options. Nonsurgical treatments include cryotherapy (deep freezing), topical creams and radiation therapy. The three surgical methods include simple excision, physical destruction (curettage with electrodesiccation) and the specialized Mohs Micrographic Surgery.
Idaho Skin Surgery Center will offer a free skin cancer screening clinic on the second Tuesday in May from 5pm to 7pm. Those who have called ahead to make an appointment will be given priority, but walk-ins are welcome. Our office participates in the American Academy of Dermatology's screening program and no treatment is rendered.
We are able to provide immediate dermatology care without requiring a trip to our office. These easy, video-based appointments are performed from the privacy of your home with your personal smartphone, tablet, or laptop and allow you to interact directly with one of our providers. Please call 208-433-1114 to schedule.

Holly Wolf is my dermatology provider at the Idaho Skin Surgery Center. She has a crisp, clear presentation that I find knowledgable and thorough. She explains her diagnoses in an intelligent, easy to grasp way. In a patient-provider relationship I trust her acumen and I appreciate her friendly, caring approach. She takes good care of me and I recommend her highly.

I absolutely LOVE Jess. She is the only one that listened about a mole I had asked multi other MDs about whom all just shrugged it off stating it was normal yet after a biopsy Jess did, it came back not only positive but Melanoma!! Jess was very caring and supportive with all my fears and uncertainties esp being I have small children. The ONLY prob I have which reflects my star rating is you can NEVER get in. Their wait list is always to 9 months out which is insane. When asked why by the front desk I get told "all clinics are like this" umm NO..My husband's clinic whom we see ladt min often due

The best medical care for skin cancer in the area! The office reviewed pathology reports from other clinics within a day, scheduled an appointment and Dr Scott thoroughly explained options for treatment including a much less invasive procedure for a basal cell cancer which took 10 min that day. Post op instruction was clear, both written and verbal. I've seen many dermatologists in Idaho for skin cancers including melanoma and have found the best in this area.
