These people are top notch! I don't have to worry about my prescriptions. They let me know when they are ready. After my hip replacement surgery, they made sure I received my prescriptions. I wouldn't begin to consider doing business elsewhere.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! This review is long overdue as I've been utilizing their services for a few years now. I usually don't write reviews unless they impact me significantly. The pharmacist and staff are so wonderful and personable. When I call, they know who I am and address me very respectfully. I don't feel like a number and they are very accommodating! I can't honestly remember who recommended this pharmacy but I'm so glad they did and wish they were closer to us so we could use them for all our needs. Honestly, I haven't found a better pharmacy where they go above and beyond

It took me 30 years to figure out I had never actually been to a decent pharmacy. All the good reviews are true. It's important to spend your money here locally with Amazon poised to get into the pharmacy buisness.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST pharmacy we have ever had! Private business. Takes care of the business! Would give them 6 ****** stars. This personal attention is extremely important to folks in our age group - - 80's. If you want to do business with someone who appreciates your business and treats you as a customer, check them out. Friendly and courteous always. The Owner called me to find out if the prescription we picked up for my wife the day before was properly working. Have you ever heard from the CVS, WALGREEN, or any other pharmacy that your prescription was satisfactory? Time to do business with

I have been utilizing Plano Care Pharmacy since I lived in Frisco a few years back now. They provide excellent quality service in an expeditious time frame. Sometimes I get there after an appt and they already have my meds waiting. I now live in The Fort Worth/Keller area and I still use them because it is always so convenient.

The staff is extremely helpful and always very Professional! They will call to verify that it is ok if you send someone else to pick up your scripts. I find this very helpful and secure. They will also call or text you on your Birthday!

The boss Surrendra, always answers the phone immediately and greets you by name....everytime. They are VERY quick, helpful and most of all caring. Forget about the lines and rudeness of big chain pharmacies.....this is the only place I will be getting my prescriptions filled from now on. Exceptional customer service!

I have been going through major life changes. The pharmacist is the most generous and kind human. I wouldn't have been able to keep up with medical expenses. Also, I love when I call he knows my name. Very personable and community oriented.

Great pharmacy that offers high quality generics and personal service.
The staff are polite and helpful. Your prescriptions are filled quickly, often while you wait. I've been burned by low quality generics I've gotten elsewhere, so I'm switching all my prescriptions here.
