American Native Plants is a wholesale nursery that specializes in growing native plants of the mid-Atlantic region. We primarily serve the restoration industry, meaning that our plants contribute to ecological biodiversity, create sustainable wildlife habitat, and restore and replenish clean waterways.
American Native Plants stocks a wide selection of trees and shrubs grown as tubelings. Our woody seeds are planted and grown in Anderson Band Pots that measure 2.5" x 2.5" x 5" deep. Tubelings are sold individually or in flats of 36.
Depending on the conditions of the planting site, trees and shrubs as tubelings can have a significantly higher survivability rate than bareroot plants thanks to their young and healthy root systems fully encased in the media that surrounded them since germination from seed.Tubelings are also very easy to transport and plant.
