We are a family and team at In Harmony. We have a love for people and helping those we care about feel healthier in their everyday lives. In Harmony offers services that we believe are basic to detoxifying the body and rejuvenating energy as well as getting your health in balance. I am an RN with a background in Oncology.
Janice Doochin, R.N. is a Native American sound healer who has a deep passion for helping others to heal and find their inner tones. She is guided by the ancestors and will tone and drum over you, giving you what you specifically need. Most people feel a peacefulness and a calming as well as a reconnection to that first time we heard sound, which is primal.
HUSO is the perfect complement to our treatment protocols. I find it balances the autonomic nervous system allowing patients to go more deeply within after treatments. HUSO is an excellent meditative and relaxing technique that can activate the higher levels of healing and can potentiate most other treatment modalities.
My name is Daniel Darnauer, and I'm honored to be part of the In Harmony team. I've been an LMT and Myofascial Realignment Specialist for over 13 years, and I am an avid student of the human body with specialization in functional movement. If you are having chronic pain in a certain area, massage will only temporarily help the issue.
Detox foot bath is a unique way of detoxification. Ionization has been used for many decades, however the concept of using ionization in a foot bath is a relatively new idea. We use water since water is an almost perfect balance of positive and negative ions. The ionic technique cleanses through the feet where there are a large number of pores.

I had a colonic done for the first time in my life on yesterday, and let me just say after my session, I felt like a million bucks! I felt wonderful and amazing! In Harmony is definitely the place for your wellness needs! Courtney (the therapist)was great and she made me feel very comfortable and she is very knowledgeable. Definitely will be going back to In Harmony, they are my new best friend!

In Harmony Wellness Center is such a hidden gem in Nashville. After moving here from CT I found it by chance from a google search. Since then, I have been coming regularly for colonics among other treatments. Courtney is amazing. She is a wealth of knowledge and has helped me immensely with my digestive issues and wellness journey. She truly cares about each client and takes the time to recommend the proper protocol for you. I can’t say enough good about how much Courtney has helped me! I was having digestive issues and after many visits to several doctors with no positive results, decided to go the holistic route. I came to In Harmony for a colonic and was taken such great cate of! Courtney and I discussed what was going on and through several sessions and a BUNCH of her recommendations, I can finally say that I am feeling so much better! She is so knowledgeable and is such an expert in holistic, all natural, digestive health! I no longer NEED to go back, and it makes me sad because I’ll miss seeing and talking

Friendly and knowledgeable this place has a great staff and can help you with many of your health problems. They also have special water which you can purchase in 3 gallon containers which is free from all the toxic poisons that come out of your faucet!
I have been trying to detox from heavy metals and they have set me onto the right goals to achieve that.
