We have neighbour's who have lighting by Landmark and liked what we have seen so called Chase who came over and gave us a quote for lighting our driveway, flower beds and house. The nice thing, other than the finished product and Chase being a very friendly individual, is he never once tried to upsell us and told us what we did and did not need. We could not be happier with the finished lighting and will be getting him back to light our backyard.

I had Chase Beasley, owner of Landmark Design Company, come to my home to see if he could "remedy" the existing landscape uplighting
that was done in my back yard, as I was never pleased with the work or design the first lighting company did. After meeting with Chase , I hired him to re-do this outdoor lighting. He did a fabulous job - what a difference it made in the aesthetical "look" of my yard ! I could write paragraphs about the thorough work process and courteous efforts he extended; but since limited space is available, I'll just say when he finished repositioning and changing the uplighting
