Light kits and transformers usually ship the next business day after you place your order.**. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier. Tracking numbers will show "not found" on most tracking sites until the package is picked up from our facility.

They are the nicest people ever until after the purchase is done. I ordered over $1000 worth of light's and supplies and ended up with the wrong lights so I let the sales guy know and he said, via email, that I can bring them up and swap them for the lights I need. I do not live nearby and the client was heading to Denver so she offered to swing them by and swap them for me. Upon arriving they said that there would be a difference of nearly $300 so I got on the phone with the sales guy and explained the email

The associates I worked (Alex, Mike and Rachel) were AMAZING. Very knowledgeable, helpful answered my questions in a timely manner. Product delivery is lightning fast and the product (I have yet to use - NextGen Paver dots and string lights) look spectacular. The least I can do is give them a 5 star rating.

I've used these guy a few times in the past. Never dissatisfied lights and kits always as ordered. Price is a bit higher but they use the best creed LED's so no hassle of lights going out to soon. This time UPS lost the truck and my delivery never made it on time. I contacted Alex and they sent more over night. These guys go above and beyond to assure satisfaction!

I chose Dekor lighting because I liked the quality of the lights, available choices of products, plug and play connectors, wifi/app controller, easy to use website and some great videos to assist the DIY in me. Great customer support, prompt delivery, decent price. I will use more DEKOR products in the future. For my Lighting I used a combination of Paver dot lights and slimline wall lights. I upgraded all lights to the higher output.
