I took my winter coat to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up, there was a hole. The man at the front desk was very apologetic and confirmed that the coat did not have a hole when I dropped it off. This dry cleaners send the clothes to another location to be cleaned, and when the front desk called the location, the man who answered the phone argued and said that the hole was there when I dropped it off. They tried to fix it (without my knowledge or permission) by putting a waxy substance around the hole so that it doesn’t grow. Their “fix” made it look so much worse. He ruined a $700 coat
