Recently moved nearby and started doing my laundry, it really feels like they don’t care about the people who come in to do laundry and only care about the pick up and delivery services. This has been my third time IN A ROW where I would come in, do laundry, and see that my dryer was stalled because the filter needs to be cleaned. I lose an extra hour of my time because I wait for the dryer to be done only to realize it’s been stalled. And like I said this has been the third time it has happened to me, the third time I have to ask the employees about this issue because my machine is stalled

I set up a pick up of mine and my husband's laundry. The first time, I mistakenly left a lipstick in my pants pocket. When I opened my laundry bags to put my clothes away, there were stains of lipstick on my clothes. Now, I know they saw it as they folded, but they didn't fix it or call to say what happened. They just sent my clothes back that way. Second time, I had clothes to dry clean, a new shirt, in particular, of delicate fabric. They stapled a cleaning tag to it, which made a hole in the shirt. There were other holes near it, like they tried to staple it elsewhere or just didn't care for
