Haynes at Superior Septic did an excellent job pumping my septic tank at a fair price and in a timely manner. He took the time to educate me on my system and didn't cut any corners. Haynes is an expert at what he does and noticed the system was not operating at capacity due to a blockage in the leach field. He quickly found the issue and repaired it to spec, again in a timely manner.

The septic system in the home I rent is a tragic mess...Haynes and his crew took this on and worked diligently until the job was complete. Rudy was kind,patient, and very knowledgeable. He and his assistant were great!! Haynes worked with me every step of the way!! Having spoken to him earlier and explained the situation, I called @12noon today in need of emergency service Haynes had a crew at my house within 2 hours!!.That's exceptional service and I highly recommend Superior Septic for any septic issues. I’ve owned this home for sixteen years and could never get a straight answer on what was wrong with my septic system. I found this company by chance on the web. Superior located and uncovered both tank covers [one was under the cement sidewalk 3 feet below] installed two access risers with no damage to property, emptied a 1,500-gallon tank, leveled the PVC baffle to increase flow and installed a new Tuf-Tite OEM filter in just a few hours. I live in a small sub-division and have begun recommending this company to all my neighbors

Haynes has serviced our septic service twice now. He is professional and hard working. I can say that he is honest and cares about the service that he provides and is very knowledgeable about his work.
