Services
After WWII, founder Joseph Gorlinski started Casting Masters on the 3rd floor of a wooden building which is now the current location of the McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. Casting Masters changed it's name to Therm-Cast Corp. in 1957. Joseph Gorlinski was quite the inventor, as he was not only the originator of the tilt pour casting process, but also pioneered cast in heating elements for aluminum castings.
As a One-Stop-Shop, we can provide everything necessary for a finished product assembly, including in house machining and powder coating. We outsource other services, ie. Impregnation and Anodizing. We pride ourselves on providing cost-conscious production, finishing, and assembled product services.
We do metal fabrication, manufacturing, and powder coating in house, and outsource some more specialty services, such as impregnation and anodizing, to known and trusted vendors that we have a long-term business relationship with. But, we arrange the entire production and delivery process for you! So we are a true 1 Stop Shop for your die casting, cnc machining and product assembly needs.
