Classes meet once a week for 1 hour, and we discuss a different topic each week such as physical activity, reading nutrition labels, and portion control.

I loved working with Lainey! Her relaxed and realistic approach was a great fit for me given by hectic travel and work schedule. She helped me find lots of small wins that really added up to help me gain energy and loose a few pounds as a bonus. The best part is that I never felt "on a diet" and have lots of delicious recipes and ideas to carry me forward.

Lainey is an amazing nutrionist. She is extremely knowledgeable, and helped me set some very realistic goals. She constantly checked in and gave me great ideas for meals that were quick, hearty and healthy. We were able to check in on the phone, as opposed to be in person, which was much more convenient for my schedule. She helped me to change my eating and lose weight in the process. I am extremely grateful for her services.

I worked with Lainey for almost a year. I really wanted to change how I was eating as well as streamline my choices so that I could control things better. I lose weight very slowly because of medications and probably my age (73) but slowly but surely I did lose, and more importantly, cut back on things not so healthy and added in more of the healthy. Lainey is not judgmental, and she's a terrific coach and meetings and conversations are always fun and helpful.

I started seeing Lainey 6 months ago and I cannot express how much she has changed my life. She is hands down one of the best nutritionists out there. I have lost 26 pounds in 6 months and will continue to see her. She is very knowledgeable and patient with you. She works according to you and doesn't force you to eat anything you don't want to eat. When I decided to see a nutritionist, my biggest concern was maintaining weight loss and she taught me how to eat in a healthy and balanced way and not to starve yourself even if you are on a weight loss journey. Lainey provided me with a lot of helpful advise, such as some books on eating to read , and various techniques I could utilize for portion control, that laid the foundation for weight loss that occurred at a later stage.

Lainey is an excellent nutritionist. I worked with her in person and through the Rise app for about 18 months. Although I had a good weight and health, I was struggling with reflux. Lainey has a solid educational and medical background. Her advice was always closely linked with information from my physician. Lainey tracked my lab results and recommended innumerable adjustments to my diet all the while providing solid, thoughtful counsel when I was struggling with the various dietary privations of my condition, e.g. no alcohol, no caffeine. I was recommended to Lainey Younkin by a neighbor to help with some of the dietary issues I was experiencing. Lainey was very accommodating, she actually came to my office to meet with me.
