I had left another local State Farm agent due to a lack of customer service only to come across Angela's office. My experience with her office has been amazing from the beginning. The office has a very attentive and prompt staff who always follow up with me regarding any and every concern or question. I was a new client looking into transferring my insurance policies to Angela Frangieh's State Farm office and I had a lot of questions. Anthony Guzman answered the phone and within minutes I knew I made the right decision. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Had a great experience with this agent. I knew that I was overpaying at Liberty Mutual. Auto insurance is confusing to me so I was avoiding shopping around. I have two sons under 26 so I need excellent coverage. Met one of Angela's employees, Arlene, and she put together a quote that saved me almost $100 a month with better coverage! Am I covered? The first question one may ask when something catastrophic or major happens. No need to look through the fine print or pages of text that may accompany insurance policies. One quick phone call or text to Angela and her team...question answered! It's nice to know someone who cares and is very knowledgeable about the insurance industry (home, car, etc) is so easily reachable and reliable.
My car was totaled in a rear-end collision. I was very fortunate to be injury free from the accident, but the other party was uninsured. Angela took care of me, I got a more than fair price

Honestly, insurance is an absolute headache and I don't really know what any of it means. Just that we need it in California. This is where Arlene saves me. She makes it easy in breaking down your plan and explaining what it means and what is covered. Arlene made it really easy. Any questions she knew exactly what to say. She made sure I knew my coverage. I can't thank her enough.

I absolutely love Angela's employees! Everyone is very friendly especially Arlene. She's very confident and precise! Always explains everything very thoroughly and carefully also double checks with me to see if I understand and if I have any questions. I had the pleasure of working directly with Angela today! My husband and I recently had been thrown into a very serious series of life changes and needed to reevaluate our car, rental, and life insurance options, as well as retirement planning.

The 5 star rating on this site is what got me to give Angela Frangieh's state farm agency a shot. I called & was nicely routed to the correct individual to help me get some information.
