Assisted Home Recovery
We have been privately owned and operated since 1989. Throughout the years, the Assisted care team has offered high quality, compassionate home health, palliative care, hospice care and caregiver services to patients and their loved ones. As a privately owned and operated healthcare organization, we do things with a special touch.

Our team-some of whom have been with us from the beginning - are like family. At Assisted, we take care of your family like they are members of our family. We visit you at home, in a personal care residence, a hospital or wherever you choose.
Services
Assisted has been providing Home Health Care, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, Caregiver, and Nursing Services from our offices in Thousand Oaks, Northridge, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Covina California for over 25 years. Assisted also provides services in Glendale and Scottsdale Arizona. As a proud community Home Health Care provider Assisted knows the importance of quality service.
Your favorite chair. Your dishes. Your pets. The view out your window. It's always easier to take your medicines, complete your physical therapy exercises-and sleep-in your own space. The friendly professionals from Assisted Home Health provide services in the comfort of your home for as long as you need it.
At Assisted, we can help. We're different-not just in the types of health care services we offer, but in the way we deliver them. Some health care agencies are part of a large multi-state company, with layers of management. At Assisted, we're privately owned and operated. That means we care for you with a more personal touch, supported by a team of experienced employees-some of whom have been with us from the beginning.
As a patient receiving hospice or home health services, we understand you may be concerned about how your medical and other health-related information may be handled. That is why we, as an organization, are committed to ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality to you and to others that we serve.

Following an injury to her arm, my wife received several home visits to assist her with bathing. The care givers name is Holley. Holley is a lovely socially engaging person who is quite competent in the performance of her job. I'd recommend Holley to anyone needing such services.

Amy Paul from Assisted Home Health is helpful and understanding. She is prompt for my appointment and is always cheerful...we have some good laughs. She is thorough in the care that I need. She is definitely someone who should be rewarded.

Amica was coming to our home for my spouses' physical therapy. She was friendly and very good with helping my wife. Her last visit my wife was not recovering from her most recent surgery and Amica got the ball rolling to get my wife into a rehab facility. I sadly forget the name of the lady at Assisted who picked up the ball from Amica and completed getting my wife into the facility. She was constantly calling with updates on her progress, which was much appreciated. Korri the occupational therapist was also terrific in caring for my wife. I highly recommend Assisted Home Health.

My worker, Thelma W. was straight forward with explaining in terms I understood & if I didn't , she broke it down to make sure I did. And the 2 PTs, Danielle & Angela, were thorough with weekly exercises. All just couldn't believe how quickly I had recovered.

Shanna(SP?) was great, always concerned about me and how I felt. If I had Q/A that she was not sure of she always said she find out and get back to me. Have a feeding tube through your nose is not a whole lot of fun but she made me feel as though when the so - called feeding ended, I would feel much better. She was correct! Today without that thing in my nose I am definately on my way to recovery.....and it was with her help. Give her my best,
