I wish I could say I stayed there under better circumstances, but it was for a funeral, so I did not get a chance to really enjoy everything the place had to offer. As far as the cabin, I stayed in the Eagles Nest, it was beautiful. Everything was clean and in working order. I did not get to enjoy the hot tub during my stay, but my sister did, and enjoyed it. The master bath had a Jacuzzi Garden Tub that was great after a long drive. I played a couple games of pool with my young nephew, that was a nice addition. There are plenty of activities inside the cabin for families, such as cards and different

I the room was very aesthetically pleasing. I loved the jacuzzi tub. Also, the room was very clean. The television was not cable or internet, but they had allot of channels to watch and reception was good. The wifi, for us, worked great.

We stayed here via airbnb. Cozy cabin, great design, nice amenities. This was my first time staying in the area and the cabins provided good local information and good access to the town as well as the forest. Clean, cozy, convenient. I plan to return!

What an awesome week in the mountains. I would recommend saving your map before leaving the main highway. Close to Tellico Plains, with a great museum, awesome scenic national park with paved winding roads. The drive through Ballplay is also scenic. We stayed in the Bear Cabin, and it was perfect for two. Great porch for morning coffee, hot tub for relaxing. Kitchen was great, had everything you would expect and more. Washer and Dryer for that end of the week load of laundry, very convenient. You are about 2 hours from Gatlinburg, 1 hr 10 mins to Knoxville.

My husband and I stayed here for a week during the fall. The cabin "Bear Lodge" was clean and was centrally located to many "things to do" in Tellico Plains. Even though the neighboring cabins were close, we were never disturbed. I would love to make this a yearly visit!

We stayed at the Compass Cabin which is a newly built cabin that was likely completed just before our stay. It had 1 bedroom with another loft bedroom set up in the loft above, single bath with washer and dryer in laundry room with spacious open kitchen and living room. Wow! It was such a quiet spot. You can hear the babbling stream just beyond the bottom of the ridge where the back porch is situated. The beds were extremely comfortable; the place has a great flow and feel with plenty of space for a single family. Great amenities and a lot of thought and care put into the construction. It is remote

We have stayed here three or four times over the last several years and always had an excellent experience. The owner, Doug, is very responsive to questions and concerns. The cabins are secluded but only about ten minutes outside of Tellico Plains. They are very clean and the hot tub is obviously emptied after every stay. We will definitely return.

My family just got back from the BEST TRIP we have ever taken!! We stayed in the Cowboy Cabin, and had a hard time leaving! The cabin was absolutely gorgeous - had everything we needed and more. Having our own washer and dryer was a definite bonus :) The porch on the cabin offered lots of privacy and it even had it's own back yard! The bed was extremely comfortable, and overall everything about the cabin exceeded our expectations (and the pictures we saw online when reserving do not even come close to describing it's beauty - you need to experience it in person!!). My wife and I stayed here in the "Angler" cabin this past weekend. The hot tub was very nice and clean and already warm when we arrived. The cabin was clean and appeared to be very well maintained. All of our communications with the owner, Doug, were very pleasant and he really worked to make sure we had the right cabin for our needs. We have now stayed at this cabin three times and it has been a great experience every time. We will definitely be returning for another stay.

My husband and I just spent a wonderful few days at Tellico Cabins. The cabin was spotless, well appointed, and beautiful. Everything we needed was there. It is a great place for a little peace and quiet, as well as a perfect location to travel to Cades Cove and beyond. We have already reserved for next year. This was a sweet retreat for a surprise anniversary trip. I am a happy lady. Thanks Doug for sharing your cabin with us and for being so easy to work with in scheduling.
