Qualified professional (QP): A professional is providing training, supervision and evaluation of personal care assistance services and staff. A QP is a Registered nurse, Licensed social worker, Mental health professional, or Qualified developmental disabilities specialist. Every 90 days to oversee the delivery of PCA services, during the first year of service (PCA Traditional).
