North Knox Veterinary Clinic is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required.
Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. For your convenience, drop-off' appointments are available.

I took my boyfriend’s dog in for a follow up to get a drain removed. They have me pull up to the sidewalk, come to the car to get him, then tell me they will call me when he’s done. I go down the rd to fill my car up while I wait. I see I have a missed call and Dr. Spearman has left me harshly toned message saying they brought Winston back out and I was gone “so we need you to come back and get him please!”. 1) I was told they would call me when he was done not that he’d be back out in 5 mins. 2) I was gone for a total of 10 mins. 3) there is absolutely no reason for the doctor to be

I have a new puppy and was in search of a DVM. I had called around to different parts of town asking about pricing and services. I was driving thru my own neighborhood and saw the sign of a vet office and decided to pull in. Due to covid I could not go in but that made no difference in the warm welcome I got from Britney.
