Go see Steve at Silverado Ranch location. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about educating people on the why’s and wherefore’s of the various products. I came in well researched online and Steve knowledge meshed nicely with what I had learned. I left with a Sebo because I like quality engineering, efficiency, and stealth—like a Porsche. Additionally, I paid just a tad more by buying from this authorized dealer than online, but got a significant extension on the manufacturer warranty—to 10 years— because of that. Easily worth it. 😎

I was having issues with my shark vacuum. I went in to see if they would carry filters. I explained that I have 2 dogs and I can’t get the dog smell out of my carpet. Steve showed me what the riccar vacuums can do. Also, the bag is your filter so the dog smell stays inside the bag and not redistributed back to the carpet. There is a 7 day return policy so I decided to try it. I couldn’t believe how much the riccar picked up after I had just vacuumed with my shark! I filled up an entire bag! This vacuum made my carpet look new again! Thank you, Steve!!! I love my riccar!!

I've been a customer of Vegas Vacuum in Silverado Ranch since 2004. Hoover Wind Tunnels were my upright vacuum of choice until 9/13/21.
A big shout out to the salesman, STEVE, who works in this location on S. Eastern for his knowledge and demonstration skills in recommending the SEBO Dart upright vacuum for my consideration in replacing my Hoover. I did my own research before coming into the store which helped in discussing the differences in vacuums for my home which has carpet & tile. I appreciated Steve's professionalism and explanations of the many differences in products on the market. It

I came in to Vegas Vacuum and Sewing a few days ago, simply to look for a part to my 5 year old Hoover bagless that I ever so loved. After speaking with Steve AKA "The Vacuum Man" I decided to give up on my Hoover and adopt a new family member, Zippy the SIMPLY Vacuum. Steve was ever so accommodating - from how I was going to pay to putting the vacuum together for me, taking it out to my car - showing me about the attachments and even others that I would need. He explained that I was actually just moving dust around with my old Hoover... and WOW was he right... the carpet in the hallway(pic below

I visited Silverado - Vegas Vacuum to see if I could get a part for a Hoover Max. This was after calling Hoover because the vacuum was only 6 months old. Hoover referred me to Vegas Vacuum. It failed because of a tiny plastic part that was not available. Also the motor was making a horrible noise. So Steve took it in to see if he could get the parts. Then we started talking about the Riccar vacuums that they carried in the show room. And he demonstrated the quality of the Riccar line. They are solid machines, I asked where they were manufactured. Steve told me they were made in St. Louis Missouri

I owned a Sebo canister vacuum which is rated as one of the best in the industry. The problem is that you are always pulling a machine around behind yourself, and it flips over, I walked into Vegas Vacuum and Steve understood the problem and quickly recommended a Simplicity vacuum with a pet brush for the furniture, I was very pleased with the deal on trade in and happy with the price of the upright.
When I took it home and started to clean I noticed right away how much easier the new machine was to maneuver and the suction was twice that of the Sebo.If you are a clean freak like me, Do yourself

This place is advertised as a vacuum repair shop right? It’s in the name of the business itself. My husband went in for advice and assistance and this place basically snubbed him for having a Hoover vacuum. Was told that he needed to step up his cleaning game up in front of other customers in the store. This is not customer service etiquette 101! First of all a vacuum is a vacuum. You do not I repeat do not have to diss and dismiss anyone for having a certain brand when you are advertising to be a vacuum repair shop. If you only work with certain types maybe change your business name to fit your
