I called Best Glass Saturday morning and Sam answered right away. I sent him a photo of a broken window we had in a door. He quoted me a very reasonable price and said a technician could be out that morning between 10 and 11. His technician Nait came out a little after 10 and proceeded to fix the window. He was professional and did a great job. In this day and age of not so great customer service I was very impressed by the responsiveness and quality of work. I strongly recommend Sam and Best Glass Company for your glass needs.

Sam is a true professional, and the high ratings are evidence of his fine work.
After breaking a window in our SF apartment, I requested multiple quotes for the job. Out of a dozen companies, this was the best as far as communication, convenience, and service. His service was affordable and speedy (did the entire job in one hour).
He said he could fix my broken window same day, but we scheduled for a couple days later.
It looks even better than before...book this man!

I broke my bedroom window on a Saturday night and I needed it replaced the following day. I called every single place on yelp that was "around my area" and every place was either closed on a Sunday or charged a ridiculous price for a weekend call.
But not this place! I called their after-hours phone number on a Sunday at 7:30 am. The person I spoke to was very friendly. I don't know anything about windows and the person was patient enough walk me through the service call like I was 5 years old. Wonderful: Very nice people, diligent workers, very clean, great price. We asked them for help replacing a window on a Saturday morning, and they came within about an hour to give us an estimate for replacing a double paned window. When the window was installed (after being ordered from somewhere or other), they were very careful to keep the area clean, and very diligent in their work. They removed all of the broken glass from the old window and restored it like new with the trim. They even caulked the holes that we had made in the frame when we had protected the window with plywood while It was

I had a broken glass door pane replaced and even though the owner was away tending to a family matter his friend/colleague took care of the work. He did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. He arrived early and I could tell he really cared about his friend and the reputation of his business. I would call them again and gladly recommend them to my friends.

After my 8-year old son threw a toy and cracked a pane in his bedroom window - and with all the rains - I decided to make replacing it a top priority. That said, I've never had the occasion to get a window replaced (other than in my car), so I based my approach purely on reviews and then asked for quotes. This place was the most responsive, had the lowest price (by a considerable %), and given the reviews, I figured it was a good choice.
Small, easy job and he handled it commensurately - Sam came the same day I called and was done in about 90 minutes. Easy peasy.
