Lilian and Alba's Glass are wonderful! They came in, gave me an analysis of what needed to be done, ordered the parts and replaced my double paned window without issue. They also replaced a mechanism on another window...did I mention the windows are on the third floor of a Condo? They did everything from the inside!
We were told by other companies that the whole window frames had to be replaced ...thank goodness for Lilian and Alba's Glass. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars. Honest, reasonable and great customer service. Highly highly recommend!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My experience was excellent: I emailed one evening at 9pm drescribing the problem (broken glass on one 22*44 window). I received a quote the next day at 7:30am via email, which I approved. I received a call that same day at 10:30am, offering to schedule the repair that same afternoon between 1-3pm. The team of 2 (Javier and Javier) arrived at 1:30pm to complete the job -- very friendly, very knowledgeable, pointed out several interesting detail about that and other windows in our home -- worked in their van outside for 45 minutes to install the new glass, re-installed the window, fixed a problem

The folks at Alba's Glass are fast and affordable. Someone smashed my window in the middle of the night. Alba's sent someone out that morning to give me an estimate, and place a board in the frame. They even cleaned up all the glass inside and outside the house. Their competitors wanted several days to do that, and told me to just tape up the window.

Love this company! They are fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. I needed a window replaced and a lock fixed on another, I was quoted for both and they came right on time! They fixed the lock fairly easy and didn't even charge me for it! They're amazing! It feels like some companies are trying to take advantage of you, not Alba's. They truly care and pay attention to details. Thanks so much for the help and professionalism!
