I just wanted to share the experience I have had with Crystal Water Pools and Jonathan Gonzales. They created a beautiful backyard escape for my entire family to enjoy. Not only were they there from the planning to permitting to final completion, they were on schedule, within budget, and helpful in decisions that I wasn't aware that I would need to make.

We are so happy we used this company for our pool. The experience was really good (not perfect but good) Jonathan was upfront about the timeline from the beginning and his team did an amazing job. He used his own employees to build the pool rather than contractors like many of the other builders. They were clearly seasoned veterans.

After finally deciding to take the plunge and buy a pool, I did A LOT of research before selecting our contractor. We talked with 7 or 8 local pool installation companies , a few said the job was too complicated, a couple of them never got back to me, and a few others provided quotes and designs, one of those companies was Crystal Water Pools. Jonathan and his crew did a phenomenal job on our new pool/spa and retaining wall! From the initial rendering to the final startup day, he has impressed us every step of the way, and he totally transformed our backyard! His crew were true craftsman and very professional/friendly. He delivered our pool within the timeframe we spoke out initially (under 2 months despite all the rain). He did over 900 sf of stamped and stained concrete, a 40' retaining wall to match the pool/spa, an 8' diameter spa and a 36'x18' pool with midnight blue pebble finish. Jonathan and his crew at Crystal Water Pools fulfilled our dream backyard. Our pool is better than i ever expected. I had gotten many quotes and Jonathan was so down to earth and i appreciated the non salesman approach. These guys can do everything. Grading, masonry, everything..... We didn’t decide until the middle of summer to start building a pool, so to be able to be swimming right now is a dream. Such fast quality work.. Will hire again for any future work. I contacted 6 pool companies before choosing Crystal Water Pools. I was that customer who wasn’t sure what they wanted and the company did several design changes for me until I finally decided what I wanted.… They were so quick to respond to every phone call, email or text message I sent. It was the best experience in dealing with a contractor I have ever had. And talk about doing the job right and getting it done quickly. This company was over the top amazing!!! Jonathan and the whole crew are amazing, they finished this amazing pool in just a few months. the stone workers are true artist; they chisel every stone to perfection, and the tile workers are just as great, watching them work was a delight, I enjoyed this project very much, from the tree removal and digging of the pool, to the last flower they planted.
