Most important from any clients standpoint is that DAL Partners guarantees to present fully qualified candidates - skilled professionals who meet the specifications essential to the position. We are committed to the goal that a search will continue until a successful candidate is hired by our client.
We will accept only those assignments we are confident of completing successfully to the full satisfaction of our clients. The partner responsible for a search will be personally involved in all aspects of the engagement including screening, interviewing, evaluating and reference investigation.

We provide our clients with a comprehensive proposal detailing our understanding of the engagement as well as our method and timetable for successful completion.Periodic status reports are provided to ensure our clients are aware of ongoing progress and developments.
Our retainer search practice provides a client-oriented fee schedule, both unique to retainer consulting and responsive to each clients requirements. Once a search is undertaken, clients are invoiced an initial retainer of one-third of the agreed upon fee. As the search progresses to the full satisfaction of our clients - that is, interested and qualified candidates have been identified, the second retainer of one third is billed.
Our primary focus is executive and management level retainer services. Since several of our partners are former human resources practitioners, we are available to assist clients with compensation surveys, development of sales and management incentive systems, organization analysis, assessments, benefit planning, etc.
Michael E. Rush is Managing Partner of DAL Partners. He has over 30 years of experience in the human resources profession. He began his career with Chase Manhattan Bank as a member of its Management Development program. His human resources career includes experience with N.L. Industries, Bristol-Myers Squibb/Clairol, Equitable Financial Companies, and The Reader's Digest Association, Inc.
