After 9 months since seeing Tisha due to the pandemic, I am still okay. I think about my traumatic experiences with more of a peaceful mind, a far distance from the panic attacks and hiding in my bed. I cannot wait to be able to resume my sessions to work on my brain more with Trisha. Not only was her space welcoming and warm, she made sure I understood everything about her work and our process together. I never felt slighted, and though you pay out of pocket, the price was well worth me sitting here on the 4 year anniversary of my best friend's tragic and gruesome exit from the world not feeling

I went to Trisha to help with an addiction I had and the BWRT sessions worked. Seriously! I don't typically leave reviews unless I'm truly moved to do so but it would be a disservice to anyone thinking about visiting Trisha if I didn't leave one. I was skeptical of BWRT but I'm glad I gave it a shot. One of the many benefits of BWRT is that while seeking therapy for one area in your life it could have a positive effect on another area that you weren't even anticipating; which is something I was so very fortunate to have experienced. Like a 2 for one special! ; )

BWRT Therapy is changing my life. I struggle with past traumas and crippling anxiety, and Trisha is helping me change my brain to have a more positive life experience. Great first experience with hypnosis! Trisha is very warm and funny, yet professional. The office is calming and welcoming. I have a very stressful job. After only one session, a co-worker shared that I seemed more grounded. That is exactly how I felt!

Trisha is amazing! Truly, it's hard to put into words what she has done for my life. I have uncovered and healed many things that were preventing or limiting my success- in so many diverse areas like addressing my anxieties, weight loss, self-confidence, building a new business, the list goes on and on.
