Hypnosis is a natural state our brain's enter and the term "trance" can be used interchangeably with "hypnosis". We enter a trance state more often than we realize. Day dreaming, "zoning out", auto-pilot are all familiar terms and are trance states we enter frequently. We are aware of what's going on around us just enough to alert us if something is wrong, the same is true while in hypnosis.
Anxiety can be incredibly draining and causes countless issues to your physical and mental well being. The heart races, it's tough to breathe and it seems like the world is ending. You may not even feel such symptoms when having an anxiety attack. Perhaps you feel overly lethargic and overwhelmed to the point of "shut down" when anxious.
Fear is something every human being has encountered at some point in their life. I could go on and on about the fears we experience. Some fears can get out of control and when fears interfere with our daily living they become a phobia. When fear develops into a problem for you it doesn't have to qualify as a phobia.
Losing weight and keeping it off can be a challenge or so it seems. I have had my own journey with weight gain and loss and recognized that there was a significant emotional component to my weight gain. The emotional piece can be a contributing factor in why people "yoyo", that's when they lose the weight and then gain it back.
I know firsthand how painful a broken heart can be. Often there are therapists and groups who support those who have lost loved ones to death but there isn't much help for those who experienced a bad break-up and/or divorce. We can go to our friends and family for emotional support and sometimes they say or do the wrong thing that just seems to make the pain worse.

I am amazed and grateful. Lani exudes incredible healing energies, getting to the root of behavior by asking the right questions which has enabled me to finally quit my dependency on cigarettes after 60 years of smoking. I urge anyone who has struggled with this or any addiction to try hypnotherapy . The process is amazing!

I went into this experience completely skeptical of hypno-therapy. I have had several years of CBT therapy at the Beck Institute in Phila. I had no idea one could be hypnotized over zoom either. I felt relaxed and comfortable until I was in a dream state and I have no memory of the suggestions that were placed after a certain point in the process. I originally saw Lani for quitting smoking and confidence issues that were affecting my performance at work. Over the next few weeks my friends and family all noticed I was standing up straighter, acting more confident, and I was able to quit smoking

Lani is exceptional. I feel validated and for the first time I’m heard . I can honestly say her approach to helping her clients to overcome any issue whether it’s anxiety , sleep issues , weight loss, or unresolved patterns she will help you transform . I felt very comfortable with Lani. She is a very caring person. Lani first worked on what was the underlying cause for my overeating and stress eating. She helped me to have a better relationship with food and a better attitude toward myself. I feel better and I am and taking care of my body through exercise and eating healthy. (and I'm losing weight, YAY!) Overall, a great and helpful experience.

I went to Lani Watkins for hypnosis to stop smoking. She is very calming, makes you feel very relaxed, and the hypnosis worked beautifully. I am now a non-smoker. Don't even miss it. I would highly recommend Lani to anyone considering hypnosis.
