I have personally known Mike Yoakum for many years. As a woman, I can say, he has always treated me with nothing but respect.
As a client the office has gone over and above many times. My late husband had Medicare supplemental policies through this agency. The agent came to our house, 20 miles away. Recently, my mortgage was sold and I received a notice from the new company saying I was out of compliance by not having hazard insurance. The notice is alarming, almost threatening, however, I knew all I needed to do was make a quick phone call to the agent and it would all be taken care of.
