The road side assistance is hands down the worst I have ever experienced. We were left sitting and waiting from 11 am to well after 8 PM for a tow truck. Its unfathomable how this could be allowed to happen. At one point the after hours agent couldn't even find our policy. I just can't state how distressed I was. If I could give negative stars I would. Just a day from hell!!

Excellent service! I asked Tami for quotes on Home and Auto, and she was able to provide quotes that were significantly less than what I was currently paying elsewhere... with MORE coverage! Taunya's office truly cares for their customers and they want the best for them. Thank you!

Tami at this location has always been extremely helpful and timely. She represents what State Farm is as a company. People like her are why I will continue to use State Farm for all my property insurance needs. I know I will be taken care of as quickly as possible and in some cases that timeliness is all that matters! Not to mention Tami is so kind on top of being efficient. I have used this location for all my insurance needs for as long as I have used insurance in the state of Ohio.
