This was at least the third time Christi Hines has handled a refinance for me and there is a reason I keep coming back. When you work with Christi, you can sit back and relax, because you can be sure she is working in your best interest and won't miss a thing. In fact, she found a couple of things I would have never noticed that will save me a lot of money. So professional and always responds quickly if I have a question.

Michael Kidd was very helpful. I moved from Ohio to Texas and he made the loan process near seamless. I ask a ton of questions and he was always available and willing to answer them all.
