CSI: Palm Beach installed a security and fire alarm system in our new home. We are very happy with the product and with the level of service that we received. The people at CSI are very thorough, professional, and were a pleasure to work with. And they explain things well so you can make informed decisions. We highly recommend them.
Matt (the installation technician) showed up on time, walked the house with us and made suggestions for placement of different items, and afterwards patiently showed us how to operate the system and what to expect (example, a beep beep sound when a door is opened)
