The best thing about working with i2, besides getting great advice, design & installation, is that Randy is more concerned with making you happy than finishing a job and he will stand behind everything he does. My system is amazing and turned out even better than I thought it would!
UPDATE: We've moved and there was no doubt about who would be installing home theater equipment in our new home. Randy was prompt, professional, and as always, a pleasure to work with!

Randy did 3 houses for us in the past 8 years. We wouldn't use anyone else. The service is outstanding. Randy at i2 is awesome. Aside from being incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, he's an expert in A/V. I've used him for two separate installs at our house now, and will be using him for a third this spring. Each experience with i2 has gone perfectly. Prices are great, service is fast, and the end product is amazing.

5 starts on professionalism, knowledge, communication, service, quality of work and just plain old friendliness. The in-wall surround system Randy installed for us looks and sounds amazing. He did this during the day while I was at work and when I got home, it was like he'd never been there (other than the nice audio improvement!). Will definitely be using him for the next A/V project.
