As a therapist, I'd like to help you find more than just relief from pain. I'd like to help you create a life that makes you happier. Rather than just talking, we will use mindfulness exercises to look at your experience from a new angle.
You are the artist of your own life and as such you can find a way to create what you truly want. Personal transformation work covers a wide range of spiritual and personal growth goals and is focused on making some kind of shift in yourself or your life. Growth can be difficult. We may tell ourselves that what we really want can't be had or that it's not important enough.
I have nearly 20 years experience practicing mindfulness and over 10 years teaching mindfulness to individuals and groups. Mindfulness can be practiced in many different ways and you don't need hours a day to learn it. In fact, some practices take just a few minutes. Mindfulness decreases depression and stress and improves concentration, and these are just a few of the benefits mindfulness offers.

Dr. Smith has been instrumental in my personal growth and well-being. She helped me navigate through a variety of issues and pain points. I learned so much in each of my sessions with her but, more importantly, she gave me tools so that I could navigate challenging situations in my daily life on my own. Dr. Smith personalized each session towards my wants and needs. I was particularly interested in the therapeutic benefits of mindfulness and meditation.
