Tucson Awning & Screens gave our 9 yr old retractible awning a brand new lease on life by flipping the fabric around and cutting and trimming a new valence from a strip of unused fabric at the back of the role.
Following the manufactures recommended cleaning every six months, our awning cleaning will remove embedded soil and grime, revitalize and restore the appearance of most awnings, and reduce fading and color loss. You can also sign-up for recurring cleaning and leave the scheduling to us! Over time awnings and component of awnings will wear out; however, a simple repair or replacement of a component will extend the life of your awnings.

I am new to town and I wanted some kind of shade structure for my house. When I went to Tucson Awning the lady was nice and knowable and gave me some ideas showed me some projects. I liked what I seen so I made an appointment. The guy came and spent time with me and answered all my questions. We ended up doing something that I didn't even think of and I love it. Great place to do business. The best part is its a family small business and they bring pets to work with them.

I was extremely satisfied this this company. Very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone fast efficient service and the price was less than the competition. I had 2 patio sliding door screens replaced. They were able to give me an accurate quote on the phone which other companies were not able to do.

We are thrilled with the result and would highly recommend Kelly and Matt and everyone who worked on our project. They also refurbished a huge pair of Milgard screen doors that haven't worked in years due to settling over that header. Now we can maximize the use of our beautiful patio once again. So pleased!

I am just following up after my earlier quote review. This company did not disappoint us and glad we went with them. They finished our back porch screening and did such a nice job. We have gotten so many compliments on it. There were two workers and they finished in two days. A few weeks later we decided we needed a fan on the porch and they came back and put it in. Then we decided we wanted sunscreens on our windows. So we hired them to do that. They were great with everything...great quality and workmanship. Our porch and screens are beautiful!

Today, I needed a job repair for a 16 feet long awning, Tucson Awning & Screen Co. installed with other ones as well as installing solar screen in large porch 20 year ago. No matter how difficult it was finding replacement hardware, with competence and grace, Tucson Awning & Screen Company went extra miles between phone calls, visiting the site job, sending employees back and forth an outside Tucson area to do the job. Without Tucson Awning & Screen Co.I would not be enjoying again my awning. In today's market it is rare finding a company willing to spend time to fix a job done 20 years ago for

Company is very difficult to work with. They first stated that they would be willing to come out on Saturday to install our screens, but did not disclose that there would be a $45.00 trip charge to do so. When I confronted the woman who is doing the scheduling about this, she tried to turn things back on me and stated that I was the one that had the problem. So when I attempted to try and just get the appointment done and over despite my discomfort of not having anyone potentially home, I was then accused of being difficult because I was not happy with the Saturday's she was quoting 3 weeks

This company came to my home to measure for 3 replacement screens and a screen door. I was promised a quote the day after measuring. No call. Next week I called and got a partial quote - not what I asked for, so I asked again and was promised a call the next day. A week later no response so I called again and was told the sales person "was not working out." I then got a full quote, accepted the price and gave my credit card number for a 50% deposit. Oh but then for the first time I was told that installation of the door would be $70 extra. I was upset but would have still ordered

We made two appointments for them to come out and give us a quote for a awning. Both times they never showed up. They did not even have the 1st appointment listed. So sad that a company that's been around since the 70's can behave this way. Yet we had had such a wonderful experience last year when they did screen work for us. They obviously don't need the business.
