Chiropractic is a philosophy of health that respects and works with the body's inborn intelligence, of which is given to us by a higher power. I want to see your journey through life in a state of well-being, far removed from requiring the use of drugs and surgery. In sharing the chiropractic message with you, it is my objective to raise the awareness, sensitivity, and consciousness of society as humankind evolves toward fulfilling its potential.
We as a family are new to Chiropractic care. We were very skeptical until we met Dr. Ranicki. My husband was the first to go, he was having severe pain down his leg, after seeing amazing results in him not only in his pain but in his whole life style we wanted the care for our whole family. My youngest daughter was 10 months at the time and was having trouble learning to crawl and put any weight on her legs.
The human body is self-healing and self-regulating with an inner intelligence that knows perfectly what is best for your body at every moment. This power or innate intelligence maintains the body in existence, constantly adapting it to the environment without any external aid or need for it. The Innate Intelligence (our higher intelligence) of the body communicates throughout the nervous system.
Our unique and thorough approach to providing upper cervical care allows our Pooler chiropractor to get to the root cause of your health concerns. Using our state-of-the-art technology in combination with the most advanced techniques, the goal is not only to allow you to feel better but for your body to heal better.
You may skip the section regarding the request for the insurance card. We will take care of that in the office. Please make sure to bring your insurance card with you so that we may check your benefits. Although unusual for a doctor's office, we strive to have all patient appointments begin right on time, at your scheduled time.

Dr. Ranicki was very nice & took his time to explain everything. I've been to 2 different chiropractors years ago & Dr Ranicki was the only one who went into detail about everything. The front desk reception area, the women were very nice & friendly. Dr Elam is great. I just started my treatment. I can only hope for the best..I can't lose with this awesome team🖤👍🏼

I love this place! All of the staff are welcoming and friendly, I don't feel uncomfortable ever. They are very flexible with schedules, and I appreciate that so much! THE RESULTS ARE THERE! Dr. Elam is by far the best chiropractor I've had! Anytime I feel any sort of discomfort, I am able to tell him and he executes each time. Dr. Ranicki has a great team and a great practice.

Wonderful experience through the consultation process and beginning treatment. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Very happy to see such an improvement in the quality of life despite having Spinal Fusion Surgery as a teenager due to Scoliosis. I was uncertain if anything could be done because of the surgery, but I am grateful to Dr. Ranicki and his team for their dedicated care and support to accomplish what I thought would be impossible.

When I say they are awesome I mean just that and I just love this office and staff. From the Doctors down to the front desk. I would tell anyway this is the place to go for care. I been dealing with back issues for years. This is the first place I've been to that actually took the time to explain everything in detail. The Doctors and Staff at Ranicki Chiropractic are amazing. Doctor Ranicki took time and went into great detail about what I needed to get back to my old self again. Doctor Elam takes great care during my adjustments. The office staff are always friendly. The whole experience is very open and inviting and not cold and clinical. I always look forward to my appointments and I will continue my visits until I am no longer above ground.

The initial consultation is two appointments. In the first, they run tests for organ and muscle control, x-rays, and a physical exam and comprehensive medical history. The second appointment goes over the results and provides a treatment plan and timeline. Unfortunately, I was unable to undergo treatment at the practice since I will be moving from the area in a month, but the level of care with the consultation was top notch.

We have been going to RCWC since March. It has been the best experience we have ever had at a wellness healthcare facility. We are well pleased with this journey towards wellness which we are on from screenings/evaluations, adjustments, and ALL of the super friendly staff members who treat you like friends instead of just clients. First off: Everyone in this office has made me feel more heard and understood than any other medical establishment I've been in. Dr. Ranicki spent ample time going over every detail of what I needed. Very thorough and welcoming. Second: Instant results. I was not having back issues, but more neurological issues with insane dizziness, loss of… cognitive function, etc. My PCP really wasn't hearing my wants and needs and just kept prescribing more pills with only negative results. ONE adjustment and I felt improvement with my dizziness. A couple months later and dizziness is literally a thing

Be very cautious about this place. This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I will admit, they have a fantastic sales pitch. Their medical records keeping is not up to par. They are trying to get me to complete a document in March that they failed to get me to complete in December so they can send it to my attorney. This does not seem… like a very ethical practice at all. I have been seeing a new chiropractor since leaving this practice and the new doctor actually spends one on one time with me in a private room while doing adjustments. This practice has a large room with 5 adjustment
