The chamois pad is arguably one of the most important features of cycling apparel. It's position is of great importance between you and your bike, the rider and their saddle. Yet, a lot of people - especially those new to cycling don't like to talk about it. Perhaps it is the position of the pad, or simply the pronunciation of the word ("sham-wa") the shooshes would-be speakers of the special textile.
At Cento Cycling, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange as long as the return is received by us within 30 days of the original purchase date. We find that most of our U.S. customers receive their orders within 2-5 days of purchase depending on service used. For Fed EX it's roughly 1-5 days by Ground depending on locations, and 2-3 days by Fed Ex Air Saver. Not sure if I have an excuse for not going in earlier. Its in a non-descript building along SW 72nd, but it makes up for it with cool stuff in the store. Nothing fancy, but the gear is high quality and prices are well be below market. Never understood why cycling shops only carry black, but this place is worth a visit.

I really enjoy the large selection of Italian made cycling apparel Cento has in stock. This is the only place I buy cycling clothes at this point. The prices are amazing and the service is great, too. The Santini Redux bibs they carry are excellent for long rides. Must visit this store if you're a cyclist.

What amazing customer service when I ordered a specialized kit they designed for a local club in LA. I did this over the phone, Donny and I figured out the best fit based on measurements of my current kits and he did great with his sizing suggestions. PLUS - I i got it in 2 days. I loved the kit so much I ordered the long sleeve jersey on a separate order. If you are looking to have someone develop a kit order, I'd come to these guys FIRST! I was grateful that they worked with me on an old order.

I get more personal attention on this web site than at most bike shops.They make recommendations (that, with experience, I've come to trust) not just on sizing, but on particular items and brands based on your interests and climate.
Also, they ship quickly by priority mail, and are very understanding about the occasional need for exchanges and returns.
Not sure I'll bother to buy bicycle clothing from anyone else.
