Dr Goldenberg and his office were very courteous and quick to respond. I was going through the application process for my first class medical for commercial pilot training and hit a snag. Dr Goldenberg helped me through the process with his evaluation as well as his willingness to answer my many questions and communicate constantly with my AME's office and the FAA. Dr. Goldenberg provided for an excellent and seamless experience in my dealings with the FAA. He worked diligently and quickly, yet thoroughly, to produce my report in a timely manner. Despite having the ability to, he never billed me any extra money in addition to the original payment despite numerous emails and a lengthy phone call. He cares about his patients and wants the best for them. Dr. Goldenberg never solicited my review of him on Yelp, but I chose to do it myself, simply because I want other airmen to find him.

I have never felt more comfortable and heard by a psychiatrist than I do with Dr. Goldenberg. I came to him having a slight fear of psychiatrists after feeling really invalidated by my last one, but he quickly alleviated that fear and has been helping me control my symptoms for three years now. I recommend him to everyone I know who is looking for a provider, especially if they have had bad experiences in the past. I really can’t say enough good things about him.

For any airman having difficulties obtaining/regaining their medical certification, I cannot emphasize enough how Dr. Goldenberg is among the best in this area. As an airline pilot, I encountered issues with my medical three years ago which the FAA had me seek professional assessments. Dr. Goldenberg was able to accommodate within a short time frame and get the process moving. He was able to coordinate with the FAA, my AME, and another doctor in Utah to regain my medical as a special issuance. My experience with dr Goldenberg has been exceptional. My Insurance does not cover it , but it is well worth having a psychiatrist that fully understands medications and understands the importance of letting the patient have input on what medication he/she feels comfortable with instead of pushing a single "best" med .

I have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Goldenberg for the last year and he is one of the most collaborative psychiatrists I have ever worked with.
