Sarah Xiao Qian Mu, as the first-generation immigrant, she understands the hardships her clients face, and the dedication and hard work needed to achieve their goals and dreams of living in the United States. An H-1B nonimmigrant visa is a temporary visa for professional workers in specialty occupations that normally require a bachelor's degree or equivalent as a minimum requirement.

A "specialty occupation" is defined as "an occupation that requires (a) theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge and (b) attainment of a bachelor's or higher degree in the specific specialty (or its equivalent) as a minimum for entry into the occupation in the United States."
The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) created special economic and trade relationships for the United States, Canada and Mexico. The TN nonimmigrant classification permits qualified Canadian and Mexican citizens to seek temporary entry into the United States to engage in business activities at a professional level.
The P-1 classification applies to you if you are coming to the U.S. temporarily to perform at a specific athletic competition as an athlete, individually or as part of a group or team, at an internationally recognized level of performance.

You must be coming to the United States to participate in individual event, competition or performance in which you are internationally recognized with a high level of achievement; evidenced by a degree of skill and recognition substantially above that ordinarily encountered so that the achievement is renowned, leading or well known in more than one country.
The P-1B classification applies to you if you are coming to the United States temporarily to perform as a member of an entertainment group that has been recognized internationally as outstanding in the discipline for a sustained and substantial period of time. At least 75 percent of the members of your group must have had a substantial and sustained relationship with the group for at least one year.

Most importantly, she really puts her heart into the clients, and really wanna help clients to go through their crisis. Because of her kindness, I would continue to work with her if I have any other case. Also I would like to recommend anyone to work with her if needed. Thank you so much, Sarah.

I have been in the states since 1990, Sarah is the best attorney I have came across so far.
She assisted my relative with an immigration matter. She was very prompt, diligent and professional in collecting info for the matter and in communicating with my relative and me. But when my relative decided to give up such immigration pursuit, Sarah not only forgave my relative the remaining 40% contract commitment, but she also refunded my relative 20 % of the 60 % retainer fee, based on the actual hours she worked on the case, releasing my relative from the full contract obligation and only charging

Sarah is a very patient lawyer who helped me apply for my green card. My case is very complicated and I need a lot of materials to prove my case is true. During the processing period, She helped me to organize all the paperwork, pointed out the things I had left behind and the areas I need to be aware during interview. Thanks for the help of Sarah, I can quickly get my ten-year green card after the interview. If you ever need an immigration attorney, definitely Sarah is your first choice!

Probably one of the best immigration lawyers in south bay. Me and my wife's case took a lot of preparing. Sarah was SUPER patient with us. Not only did she make us feel reassured in this political climate, she worked patiently with us as we are both not the easiest to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding the whole time. She got my upmost recommendation.

Sarah was hired to assist with sponsored employees' cases. Sarah was able to correct the previous two immigration lawyers mistakes and advocate for sponsored employee to avoid deportation of key employee and his family.
Recent immigration regulations and presidential orders have made it impossible for individuals who filed all paperwork to stay in the United States, if immigration documents become expired.
Sarah successfully assisted with H-1B lotto win for 2020, despite recent presidential order and refunded the retainer, since we were unable to proceed with application.

I have worked with Sarah on my case for the removal of condition on my green card. When I first started working with Sarah, I sensed that Sarah is a very good listener. She truly strived to listen and understood my situation very precisely. After she had a grasp on my case and built out a strategy for moving forward, we worked together to collect all the evidence we could to strengthen our case. It was a lot of hard work and I felt very strong support from Sarah. From the beginning I didn't have much knowledge in filing I751 but with the prolonged immigration waiting time I got more knowledge regarding

I was referred to Sarah when I had lost confidence in my previous attorney. Faced with a deadline, things were not clear for me and I became anxious. Sarah steadfastly took over the case and advised me to provide much needed evidence. Sarah was very patient and always there for me. Her observations and suggestions were intelligent . She is not only professional but also kind. The choice to go with Sarah was the best decision I made in my life.
