Brett K. Duncan & Co. was founded in 2006 on the principle of educating our clients. Since that time, we have helped clients in the Hammond area through some of the toughest situations people can face: divorce and criminal charges. Our founding attorney took issue with the traditional legal model that shrouded the law in mystery to complicate even the simplest legal problems.

Like so many people, my experiences with the other attorney's I had used was not very warm nor did I ever come out feeling like they were truly fighting for me or that they even cared. Mr. Duncan represented me in my divorice. He was very responsive daily with answers to my questions and concerns. Kept me updated on everything that I needed to know. I believe that he himself put my best interest forward. Yes , I would very much give a five star and use him again if need be.

Not help you come up with a game plan. My whole time with him, I found myself wondering if he was Representing me or someone else. This was a absolutely stressful, and terrible experience

I met with Brett to obtain information regarding a custody issue. He offered a solution that no other lawyer had mentioned, and I had consulted several. Staff was very nice and understanding of my situation. I was kept informed throughout the process and there were no hidden fees or additional fees I wasn't informed of from the beginning. They worked well with military stationed overseas and I definitely recommend their services. The price was also reasonable too!
