We do all of this is plain English, easy-to-understand language so that everyone is on the same page. Our pricing is typically a flat fee charge for the site visit for a house.
I'm working on a large project in the Pittsburgh area. The building was previously condemned despite being in good condition. In order to remove the condemnation, the city wanted a report from an engineer to verify that it was safe to occupy. Bob came to the site when he said he would and took his time walking throughout the entire structure.

My realtors recommended Bob and Reliable Structural Engineers to me after a few concerning items came up on the general inspection on an old house I’m purchasing. Bob was very personable on top of being thorough and helpful! My inspection was on a Friday at 6pm and I received his detailed report on Monday around 8AM. The report explains exactly what to do to address the issues that were identified, so I feel confident the right instructions will get passed on to the contractor.
