Critical: Professionalism
This man ruined my life. He aslo refused to pay money he owed me. I was married 20 years to my ex husband. He makes a lot of money. Over 100K a year. Girski told me i would get alimony for life. I only got it for six months. I am disabled and can't work. I am very poor. Gorski helped my ex when he was my lawyer. He's a bad man.

I have known Vince for years and his integrity and professionalism are impeccable! I knew that Attorney Gorski was versed in divorce law and was professional the moment we had our first conference. He showed empathy during the process and walked me through everything smoothly. He no showed at my hearing and my signature was forged on a court document and filed with the court. His office also refused to give me a copy of my file. It took another lawyer and MONTHS to get a copy. Lots of unethical and illegal conduct from this place from my experience.
* The response would surely dispute my truthful review but I have the evidence of my forged signature...along with a stack of paperwork to prove the illegal and unethical conduct...all done while he was still on court probation. It's an OBVIOUS forgery. Nothing close to my signature. You can say otherwise but I was abandoned

I could give negative stars, I would. I know a scathing reply is coming because I've seen previous reviews be childishly challenged (instead of focusing energy on the cases you have backed up) so I'm ready for the aftermath but I don't care. You'd think someone who has a family and child of his own would respect and understand the importance and fragility of child custody issues but $$$ seems to be all that this firm cares about.

Vincent has been my divorce attorney for about a year now. He has done a fantastic job representing me. He always makes sure that my voice is heard while explaining to me what to expect and giving me reassurance. Divorce is a trying process. I highly recommend him. Vince and his staff were great! They were professional and responsive. They made what was a stressful divorce easy to deal with. I would say they are on a “different level” then other lawyers I worked with in the past. If I could give a higher rating I would! First of all, not a lot of lawyers offer FREE consultations, I paid a $200 fee a month ago for a consultation with Paige Etcheverry which in comparison with Mr. Gorski fell extremely short. I, like most of u are probably doing in reading my review, relied heavily on online reviews in my search for a lawyer in my child custody/family law matters. Scrolling through endless generated ads and listings, calling several to make an urgent appointment with many not accepting consultations at the moment or not calling back such as George R. Horrigan's office

Stopped by for legal advice on a small claim case. Gorski is very to the point, all business. I enjoyed that because time is money. I explained the entire case and it's background and he helped me phrase appropriate questions, gave me advice as to what type of documents to present the court with and ways to ensure I could win the case. I stepped into that court room confident and prepared. I won that case and am thankful I sought advice from him prior.

This was more of a disappointing experience than someone just being outright rude- honestly just out right be rude than string along people for two days. When a potential client does their research and picks your business to reach out and retain- in our mind we are one step closer to getting our issue resolved. No, that's not the case. I originally reached out on yelp and got a message that someone would reach out to us for a free consultation. No one ever called - I thought well free consultation isn't a priority anyways so I called the office directly and made an evening appointment

Gorski is very patient and considerate. I know we did not waist are time and it most definitely wasn't based on money rather it was pure honesty in how the case may go. This was a family law case.
