HarborView is dedicated to offering compassionate, individualized care and support services for residents living with Alzheimer's or related dementia. In our recent renovation we wanted to preserve and honor the rich history and elegance of the home. We did so while improving the layout and functionality for use of our elderly residents.

Services
HarborView Senior Assisted Living changed ownership in 2016 and is family owned and operated. We are devoted to providing a loving, supportive environment for our residents and their families. We provide 24-hour assistance, 7 days a week, in a 30-bed home in the beautiful neighborhood of Banker's Hill overlooking San Diego Bay.
HarborView Senior Assisted Living is dedicated to offering the best possible care for those struggling with Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia. We also look after the physical, social, and spiritual aspects of our residents' lives. We give optimal care for our seniors and their family members and we encourage partners of those struggling with Alzheimer's or dementia to join their loved one in our home.
We offer gracious accommodations with a variety of floor plans. There isn't just one uniform room here. Thanks to the old-world charm of our residence, each room boasts unique beauty and architecture. Our rooms offer different size and number of beds, as well as different bathroom configurations. Our rates are all inclusive with no hidden or unexpected fees.
Residential rooms offer the comforts of home, in an inviting and home-like atmosphere. Each room is furnished, offering the amenities our residents were accustomed to at home. We encourage our residents and their families to decorate and personalize their rooms as they wish. All rooms are equipped with modern technologies and an intercom system for added ease in requesting assistance.
Deluxe accommodations offer the refinement of a boutique hotel, with easy access to the rest of the home. Deluxe rooms offer seating areas, views of the garden, or San Diego bay, and downtown. Many of our deluxe rooms have attached private bathrooms, areas for sitting, reading, quilting, or resting.

HarborView is unlike any other elder facility I have ever seen. HV is historic and has been redone beautifully,. The building and grounds are well cared for, as are its residents. The staff are really superb, we especially enojoyed Lorena and Dakota. All the staff know the residents personally and take great care of them from my observation. First hand, I can say my loved one was cared for with utmost respect and care. The staff genuinely interacted and cared for all my loved one's needs and we enjoyed some great times there together. They made it easy to visit safely. It is ran by a local family

Jeff and his capable staff have been taking care of friends of mine for over three years and since I act as the primary contact between Harbor View and my friends I have first hand knowledge of their care. Harbor View has always kept me updated on a regular basis regarding their care and immediately notifies me if anything out of the ordinary should come up.
I have total confidence they are always in good hands

We are neighbors of the HarborView Assisted living and have had the opportunity to attend an open house in the past. I was very impressed with the beauty and spotless cleanliness of the interior. The staff was warm and welcoming and very attentive to the residents and guests. The views are stunning of the San Diego Bay. It is a grand home filled with antiques and polished wood floors. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. It seems like one would enjoy the light and airy atmosphere of this home and benefit from the care here. It's quite lovely.

The management and staff at HarborView are warm, caring, and professional. They take excellent care of the residents and do a good job of staying in touch with family. The pricing is more than fair. The facility and grounds are very pleasant. It is big enough to have an activities program for the residents, but not so big that it feels institutional. This place has good vibes and does a great job. I highly recommend it. They took great care of my very difficult uncle.

Jeff and the staff at HarborView go above and beyond what you'd normally expect from an assisted living home. Since taking over ownership last year they've made huge improvements to the home and to the day to day operations. I've heard nothing but good things from the outside service workers and family members I've met there. If you're considering assisted living or memory care for your loved ones I highly recommend scheduling a tour and checking this gorgeous and well run home out for yourself!

My aunt had the best care possible at Harbor View...very caring staff..all concerns and personal requests were attended to. The property is beautiful and serene and again the staff were all so kind and loving to my aunt. The owner Jeff was wonderful to work with and also Genoviva was always going the extra mile to help me quickly adjust care for my aunt...I would stay here myself when the time comes:-))))
