Ok so I’m from Fort Wayne, IN my son has had many issues with us PS5 since the day we purchased it from HDMI port to liquid damage. I’ve taken it the CPR repair here in town over 5 times each time the HDMI port went bad. I took it to IBreakUFix three different times and they were unable to fix the issue. I even contacted Sony sent the system in to them after having it a month they sent it back and said it was unrepairable. At this point I was gonna break down and purchase another system. Soo my son knocked my PS5 down off the stand and broke the HDMI Port. Called 3 different places before contacting them and got the best price and only took one day to fix. After receiving my PS5 bacc it seemed to be fix. Although once I tried to play a game my fan would run loud and system would turn off. Called this store back and told them what was going on and told me to bring it in and they will take care of it. Took it back in and they fixed the issue free of charge. This place is awesome! My iphone 6s charging port was not working and I wanted to find a place to repair it so I wouldn't have to buy a new one. They took my phone in the back and within 5 minutes handed it back to me fixed and charging perfectly. I hadn't realized this, but all the charging port needed was a cleaning . The most amazing part is he didn't even charge me anything to do the cleaning! Amazing service and honesty! I will definitely be returning here for my future electronics repairs!
