This is my second time around, I received the Pfizer in Jan & Feb. (long line wait even with appointment) I tested negative to anti bodies. Now going for Moderna & hopefully between the double dose I will test Positive. My experience with Daisy Family Health was WONDERFUL, very organized, on time and great care. This office takes the fear of getting a checkup or any other health service away. Very easy, pleasant and personable to work with. Constantly educating the risks of non healthy foods and provides alternative choices for bad eating decisions. My wife and I joined Daisy Family Health just over a year ago when we had just moved to Phoenix from Las Vegas. We did not have health insurance and the membership plan that Daisy offered allowed us to receive amazing healthcare at an affordable price. Angie Davis is the best primary care provider that we ever had. She is very professional and caring. Angie and Husband Jonny are so friendly and down to earth and they genuinely care about their patients. Daisy Family Health's main purpose/mission is to help others. I have personally experienced the AMAZING service. Angela the NP truly takes the time to listen and to walk the process with you. I call her my Angel. I can truly say that this is the best personalized service I have received in the healthcare industry. I consider myself very fortunate in finding this wonderful office. In today's world, it is extremely hard to find a health care provider who takes the time to listen and connect. Nurse Practioner Angela Davis, invests herself fully at your appointment to understand your health concerns and goals. Hello, I started going to Daisy shortly after it opened, and the magnificent care I received was perfect. The provider sat with me asking probing questions to see how my health was doing, next came a plan of action, to plan to make me the me that I can be. With every new service that the clinic starts, it is introduced and explained thoroughly then the pros and cons, then together we make a decision on my health. The newest service offered is IV Fusion, I listened to the different choices and made a decision for my health. I had the Myers Fusion, after the treatment I felt great, focused and full

My fiance and I have just started going to Daisy Family Health. Our initial consultation was great. Angela took her time going over our medical histories. She was very patient, thorough and easy to talk to. She explained about some of the services that are covered by our monthly fee based on our current health concerns. I love her willingness to recommend dietary and homeopathic remedies before prescribing pharmaceuticals, with the ability to prescribe meds if absolutely needed.
