Podiatric medicine involves the medical and surgical treatment of the foot and ankle. As everyone knows, feet are very important, but we often tend to neglect them. Everyday in our offices, we treat ingrown toenails, corns, calluses, warts, heel pain, fungal nails, hammertoes, bunions and more. Often, these and other problems can be corrected right here in the comfort of our offices.
Of course, some procedures do require out-patient surgery. In such cases, your surgery can be done in the morning, and you will be home in time for lunch. Voted "Top Doc" by H-Texas Magazine, Barry Weinstein, DPM, with his 34 years of experience, is the podiatrist you seek to treat all of your foot and ankle concerns.

I had a bunionectomy done by Dr Weinstein in December of 2018 and the recovery was a total nightmare. I was in excruciating pain and he would not take me seriously. He would only tell me none of his other patients had this much pain. He would not address my nerve pain or that I was unable to walk in the boot he gave me. I would ask about nerve pain medication or about physical therapy and he just brushed it off and said I didn't need it. I had to go back to work full time and I was unable to sleep bc of the horrendous pain I was still in at one month post op. I ended up going to a different podiatrist
