Based on the company formerly known as Parties by Dylan and Company, Mr. Jon, an original member of the company has now taken over as owner! The company has been providing fun, creative, and dynamic musical party entertainment for kid's parties and special events in Monmouth County and all over New Jersey since 1992!
My passion for music and live performance came together over ten years ago when I joined Parties by Dylan as Mr. Jon. I was so impressed with the party format that Dylan had created that I couldn't wait to add my own unique sense of fun! It was as if all of the years prior to joining her company had prepared me for this new role as a children's party entertainer.
Musical Entertainment for Children in Central New Jersey: Let Us Worry About Keeping the Kids Happy!. We created a party format that will hold the attention of a large group of children ranging in age from 1 - 8! No party is too big or too small! The entertainment is a full hour filled with musical activities that will delight and engage all!

The kids naturally gravitated towards his dynamic and energetic personality and he kept them entertained, having fun, dancing and engaged the entire time. The age range of the guests was 1-7 and all of the kids enjoyed the show on different levels; it was perfect!

Jon was excellent at our sons first birthday party. The face painter beforehand was a welcome addition that the kids loved, and Jon himself did great. He knows how to move the entertainment along and get the kids engaged. A lot of people at the party complimented Jon and told me they would pass his name along. Definitely recommend.

Mr. Jon performed at our child’s birthday party and he is amazing! He got all of the kids involved and they were engaged the entire time. The age range was from 0-4 and it was fun for them all. He brought loads of props and the kids loved every minute of it. We will definitely be having him come to future parties.

Mr. Jon came to my school to create a musical outdoor entertainment experience since my children have been cooped up inside since COVID began. This was the best decision I could have made! Mr. Jon was so entertaining and had the children up out of their seats jumping around and so involved. I cannot wait to have him back!! I would recommend Mr. Jon to anyone who is looking for entertainment for a child's birthday party or school event.

Mr. Jon did a wonderful job performing at our son’s 1st birthday party. He brought a fun element to the party that was noticed by all the parents. Mr. Jon played a variety of classic nursery rhyme songs while playing his guitar. He also interacted with the children and had a bunch of fun props that helped keep the little kiddos engaged for over an hour. I would definitely recommend Mr. Jon to perform at your child’s next birthday party!

Last weekend we had our third birthday party in four years with Mr. Jon but first covid-19 version and it was great. We had a super small party with just six kids, compared to our usual 25+ and he was excellent as always. He remembers each kid’s name from basically the minute he meets them and does a wonderful job including all children so they remain engaged. This covid version required masks and he was still able to not only sing but really perform with the kids as usual. He’s a true professional and pleasure to work with and I’m so glad we went through with this small party for our youngest

We have invited Mr. Jon to host parties since our daughter turned one and for her second birthday. We’ve since hired him for my nephew’s party and now for our twins’ bday as well. Mr. Jon is a true professional with a perfect demeanor and delivery of fun and musical games for children of ALL ages. All the adults love him too. We saw Dylan at a friends birthday party and knew we had to have her for our sons party as well! She was fabulous! She catered to all the ages at the party and my 1 year old couldn’t get enough of her! She was so easy to work with leading up to the party! She truly gave me one less thing to worry about. My son loves her CD! He does the hand motions, dances, and applauds you from the back seat!
