I have been to this shop countless times, and every time I am treated with the utmost respect. This crew has performed myriad services on my Expedition, including brakes/rotors replacement, replacing a cracked windshield washer fluid reservoir, spark plugs and ignition coils, and more. No matter what the issue, Mechanic on Duty CB has isolated and resolved it efficiently and kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle and incoming parts at every step of the way by text, email, and phone call. I have saved quite literally hundreds of dollars coming to Mechanic On Duty CB because of their transparency

The engine in my Ford Sport Trac was bad from the day I bought it from an unscrupulous used car dealership, go figure, I had the truck towed to the shop, knowing I needed to replace the
engine. Angel and Carlos shopped for the best
alternatives to replace the engine. I was given a written estimate for the Cost of the work. There were several other issues that I kind of expected. They again searched for the cheapest and best alternative. They contacted me every step of the way.
The truck is running great and would recommend the shop to anyone looking for good auto repair.

I love this place. They are quick, efficient, competent, and have a fair rate. You really can't ask for more from your mechanic. The fact that I'm even giving a rating is a good sign because most of them I'm pretty meh about. "I dunno, they fix my car and charge me money." But this guy is friendly and he knows his business and he doesn't take forever doing it. And, again, good rates.

Ive never had a better mechanic experience than Mechanic on Duty. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to explain the full issue with my AC system. They won’t try to upsell you or add unnecessary parts to your order, as has been my experience with most Orlando big-name shops.

I wish I had found this business when I first moved here in 2018. The owner, Carlos, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he and his mechanics do. I’ve mostly worked with Angel when getting everything prepared to get worked on but they both always talk to me about exactly what I need done and what I want done. Their services are extremely affordable considering how exemplary they are. I highly recommend everyone go to this business and get your car maintained. You won’t regret it.

I got say, I had never experienced such an incredible level of good service quality. The work they did on my '85 Supra was outstanding, I couldn't recommend this place enough. Don't go anywhere else, trust me, they will treat you with respect, honesty, and most importantly their work will be top notch. 100% recommended.
