Penny specializes in both basic and advanced Permanent Makeup techniques and applications on eyebrows, eyeliner, lip liner, full lips, areola restoration and skin re-pigmentation. She utilizes different modalities for her Permanent Makeup clients, certified on both the coil machine and rotary pin and specializes in the Softap hand tool method.
No. It's virtually painless. At Wild At Heart Studio in Scottsdale, Arizona, I use two different topicals to numb the areas for the procedure. The first topical sits on the skin for 20 to 30 minutes to prepare the skin. The second topical is used throughout the entire procedure while the skin is open.

At the time of your Scalp Micropigmentation booking, you understand and consent to a deposit of 50% being charged to your credit card. Scalp Micropigmentation procedures take care and time to complete properly. When your appointment is booked, Wild At Heart schedules a minimum of four (4) hours to make certain that your procedure is not rushed and that you receive the finest results possible.

Penny is awesome! I was travelling through town and wasn't able to connect with her during business hours but she went out of her way for me to a find a place further north that carried the skin care products that I needed. If I ever come back through Phoenix I will definitely schedule an appt and buy products!

What impressed me most about her when I first started going was that she would check in a day or two after my appointment to see how my skin was doing. That's excellent customer service!

I've been going to Wild At Heart for over 5 years for my skin. I've had facials, masks, microdermabrasion and other treatments and I would never consider going to any other aesthetician. Penny is really the best. She completely cleared up my skin and I feel amazing every time I leave. She knows an incredible amount about skin care and she really cares about her clients. I wanted to get my lips and eyeliner done and I had visited two other permanent make up artists but didn't feel comfortable enough to have them do the job. When I called Penny, she was so friendly and informative on the phone, that all my concerns were put to rest. Penny spent a lot of time during my appointment explaining exactly what she was doing and checking to make certain I was comfortable and happy. She used topical numbing agents and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort at all. And I couldn't be happier with the results!

Penny is a true artist at her trade, and does everything she can to ensure you are relaxed and get exactly the result YOU want and nothing else. I was extremely impressed- I had never even considered permanent makeup, but a co-worker had gone to Penny and her look was so natural I never even would have suspected it. I have known Penny for years and she is the only esthetician for me . I have very sensitive, reddish, skin and I'm at the tail end of my forty's. Penny has taken such care to find the right products and treatments that work best for me. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. She deep cleans my face, derma blades off sluggish skin, uses cooling, red reducing and super hydrating products that work best for my situation. If you have sensitive skin issues, give Penny a call...She's amazing!

I was very impressed by Penny's hard work ethic, professionalism, and perfectionism. She wants to make sure she gets it right and the way you want it. Wild at Heart has the best services for your skin and Penny is the best esthetician out there. I've had facials at hotels and other spa's, but nothing compares to the service I get at Wild at Heart. The facials are painful and feel great at the same time. Haha! Whenever I have an issue with my skin Wild at Heart is always quick to respond whether I'm in the studio or if I'm at home and they can help over the phone/text. She's a perfectionist when it comes to my eye brows so I know she's the same with her permanent makeup services for women.
