JJ and team catered our wedding this past weekend and made our day truly magnificent. The tapas were incredible, all the guests complimented the set up of the cocktail hour food and charcuterie boards. However the paella was the real star of the night! It was so flavorful and so authentic, it far exceeded every and all expectations! Thank you again JJ we could not have asked for a better wedding meal!!

Had the pleasure of entertaining our family rehearsal dinner by JJ and Saffron Pig last weekend for 25+ people. Communication was perfect, JJ walked me through all my questions. Unique, delicious and entertaining! Paella, tapas and oh my the empanadas were exceptional. Saffron Pig made my planning and evening effortless and special for my family. I recently hired JJ to cook up her signature, huge pan of paella for a client event. I have food sensitivities, and I knew that at least one of my clients was a vegetarian. Paella was the perfect solution, as it was free of most common allergies and could be made vegetarian. Add a side pan of chorizo and everyone was happy!

Attended a wedding dinner that was catered by the Saffron Pig. What can I say.....the classic Spanish salad was unbelievable! Who could guess that a combo of ingredients could cause my attitude on salad to heighten even more! The amount of extras to the salad (i.e. cherries, nuts...etc) was portioned perfectly to compliment without overpowering.

We recently had JJ cater our wedding and it was FABULOUS! We did a small group of 60+ people and it was perfect. She was very easy to work with and very professional. She was in the background mostly to get things setup and all of the sudden the smell of amazing paella filled the backyard. They did everything from setup and clean up with no mess to take care of. Also they packaged the few leftovers we had. Our guests were raving about how great it was and the best they've ever had. Many asked for business cards so they could use her for their next party. If you're unsure if you want to hire these folks, YOU DO. YOU ABSOLUTELY DO. My husband hired them for our housewarming party this past weekend and we are already talking about hiring them again. Everything about this caterer is top notch and they are SO affordable. The food was fantastic and the giant pan of paella they made during the party was great. They continually circulated throughout the party with appetizers, set out the remaining appetizers when they left and my kitchen looks exactly the way it did when they arrived. We hired JJ for our anniversary "party" with 1 weeks notice we were lucky that Saffron Pig was able to accommodate our request. Our first time having Paella and it didn't disappoint as a matter of fact it was delicious. We went with the chicken, shrimp and chorizo paella. Maybe we will try the seafood combination next time. We were surprised to find out there is no need for a kitchen. JJ brings her own set up (outdoors works best) for cooking and serving. The presentation was amazing and self sufficient. Our guest were in awe of the food being prepared right in front of their eyes

I recently attended a house party with Saffron Pig catering. Wow! Everything from the savory appetizers to the dessert was amazing. I didn't think I Iiked paella until I tried Chef JJ's version. She talked to us as she cooked, telling us about how she made it. She is so personal and interesting. My mouth waters every time I think of those warm dessert empanadas. Whether a private party or a corporate function, this catering company will leave guests smiling and well-fed!

Just hired Saffron Pig for a party I had last week. The food was amazing, JJ was so friendly and all of my guests loved her! She made Tapas (potato bravas and these cheesy stuffed peppers) and awesome paella and even Sangria (best sangria ever everyone agreed). I studied abroad in Spain and had loads of paella.. Saffron pig is authentic and delicious! Will definitely recommend!
