It's hard to believe it's been FOUR years since I started Heather Etheridge Photography and even harder to believe that I'm writing a blog about starting a business. Heather took family photos for us this past spring around my son's 2nd birthday. The pictures turned out beautifully and I will always cherish them!
Knowing how fast our son is growing up, these photos mean the world to me. I was expecting our toddler to be uncooperative and annoyed during the shoot, but Heather made it so much fun for him. In fact, on the way home he said he wanted to see Mrs. Heather again! It showed in the photos that he was having a good time and being himself, thanks to Heather's direction and demeanor.

Heather is a dream to work with you simply can’t go wrong choosing her to capture your greatest blessing(s). She knows the most gorgeous locations for outdoor photo sessions and her studio is absolutely stunning. I love that she offers a beautiful collection of dresses to wear for her studio sessions. As a new mom thinking of what to wear or what would fit was not my top priority; she had so many beautiful dresses for me to chose from for our new born session. Our photos frame our home and our families homes we are very thankful for Heather!

Heather was amazing to work with. Our photos turned out so beautifully, and I can't stop looking at them. She has an absolutely beautiful studio at her home that proved to be the best location for our photos. I also oved that her pricing was an "all in" model that included her session fee and all of the images. I didn't have to worry about just picking a handful or paying extra for access to all my photos. would highly recommend her to anyone looking for newborn or family photos!

Heather was the perfect choice for our family photos! Not only did the photos turn out AMAZING but she was such a joy to work with throughout the process. She’s an absolute miracle worker with all the special moments she was able to capture during the chaos of our wild one year old! She was also so flexible having to reschedule a few times due to rain. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to work with her again in the future!

We used Heather for our engagement photos a few years ago, and when she began focusing on family and maternity, we knew we needed her again! She took our newborn photos and it was everything we could have wanted and more! She is so talented and personable, you feel like you’re hanging out with a a girlfriend, and you get beautiful pictures to treasure forever! We love her attention to detail, and swoon over her ability to take advantage of natural light for beautiful bright and airy photos. Heather is an absolute joy to work with! She took my husband and I's engagement photos and photographed our wedding and every picture is stunning! She made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process whether it was chatting through our vision, providing feedback and recommendations, or sending updates and reminders throughout our timeline. We had Heather shoot our maternity and newborn photo shoots and we had such a great experience! I absolutely love her light and airy style, and I was happily shocked by how reasonable her pricing was! I’ve had many photo shoots done by multiple photographers over the past 5 years and I really wish I had found Heather sooner. We had a scheduling conflict come up last minute for our newborn shoot and she was more than willing to work with us to reschedule. Heather was the perfect choice for our engagement pictures! My fiancé and I had never taken professional pictures before but Heather made it so easy! Heather is flexible and made sure that everything was perfect the day of our shoot. She was also fantastic during the shoot. She made my fiancé and I so comfortable while taking pictures. Heather was one of the BEST choices we made when planning our February 2018 wedding. Heather did an incredible job capturing our engagement. We couldn’t be happier with the photos. She is also super communicative and organized. She provided everything from a guide with FAQs to photo locations to recommendations for hair and makeup.
