I've used Cosmo Dental in San Jose CA for past 6 years & after numerous years living in other cities; never experienced such warmth, sincerity & professionalism as with this dental office. I highly recommend using Howard & his remarkable staff as they cater to every dental need you may experience. A+ Dental Facility!

I really can't believe that this dental office has such good review, you'd better not believe it, I will tell you what my truth experience. The front desk is a very old woman( she said that she is the owner Dr Lien`s mother) rude, mean, speak very loud nearly yelling to me also to the other customer, the workers speak in Spanish in front of you, talking louder, laughing and coughing, when they are doing your oral, The dentist is not good in working skill(very painful), my teeth filling was fall out only less than 4 weeks, as owner promise the warranties is 2 years ( check the negatives

Worse service ever! The front desk lady in her 60's has the worse attitude ever. I came in to the clinic hoping to get some information regarding the clinic before I actually schedule an appointment. So I went in today and asked about pamphlets to take home and a business card. Also asked if they accept dental insurance.

Her response was very rude. She said she don't know, don't care in a very very loud tone as if she's yelling at me.

I responded, "I only want to get some information, nothing else".

Her response, "So? You're insurance is free and it

In the morning I went to see Dr. Howard. He was changing my two crowns. Dr. Howard gave his lunch hour away just to finish my dental work. His staff and his office are SUPER organized. It is truly real gem to find this dentist.

Dr howard is the best dentist i have ever had in all my 37 years of life. His mom works the front desk and they are an amazing team. After your first visit you can totally tell he cares about his patients and wants to make sure they understand and takes his time his work which i see as art and professionalism as a dentist. He does better work than the places i use to pay twice the price for. This place isn't exactly exotic with huge hdtv screens all over the place but that doesn't really matter when the dental work itself blows everyone else out of the water. I have the best dental

I am so glad I found this dental care. A kind and caring dentist is really hard to find these days. Dr. Lien, Shirley and staffs here are great! Every visit has been comfortable and every aspect of my dental issues were well taken care of.

Patients beware! Dental work doesn't last!

Oh, where to begin? About the only good thing I can say is that the price was low and the receptionist was mostly nice when she wasn't trying to guilt me into coming in earlier than my scheduled appointment time (I do have a job and have to take sick time for these appointments). As those things have nothing to do with the actual -work- being done, I'm still giving this dental care facility 1 star. And they get that 1 star from those things.

First, the assistant doesn't know how to suction a mouth properly. The few times I was there

I'll start by saying that as long I'm living in the Bay Area, my teeth will never see another dentist!

Dr. Lien, Shirley and staff are outstanding! From scheduling conflicts to urgent issues, they have you covered. Every visit has been comfortable and quick. Would happily recommend to any and everyone.

Let me start by saying I have the worst dental experiences ever. Probably because I don't do my research on places. However I got really lucky this time with the help of my boyfriend checking out which locations my insurance covered, and actually yelping a few of them. This place was the only one with good reviews, and there are a lot of reasons why they would.

We came in as walk in costumers, and was greeted by Shirley. She was very friendly, and let me know that I wasn't able to come in right then but she would be able to squeeze me in a few hours later. The paperwork was very easy

Now I know why people give 5 stars... Simply put, they have earned them with professional services, friendly environment and caring attitudes.

My bond that covered up a chip on my front tooth fell out this morning (Friday) and I had a second round interview on Monday for the job I actually currently have. I immediately freaked out thinking there was no way I was going to be able to get it fixed before my interview and my friend recommended that I call Cosmo Dental Care. They got me in within the next 10 minutes!

When I got to the office, the entire staff introduced themselves to me and everyone was so friendly!

I have been going to Dr. Howard Lien for 8 years now and I am soooo happy with him! His office is modern and very clean which I love - I mean, who wants to go to a dirty office to get their teeth cleaned/fixed? He is very gentle yet efficient during my regular cleanings. He's also on top of knowing when I'm due for certain things. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, he is an honest man and will not try to scam you into getting something done if you don't need it. It's very, very hard to find a dentist that you can trust!

If you go to see a dentist, here is the best place to go! Dr.Lien is really nice and experience dentist I have ever seen!

The office is nice, clean and bright with good equipments/facilities.

Dr. Lien is the best dentist that I've known. I would come all the way from San Diego just to get my teeth checked up by him. He's very careful and gentle. My experience with him was really good. I am very pleased with the results :) Really recommend him all the way!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lien for a number years and I have never once been disappointed with the quality of service they provide at his office. Dr. Lien is always very caring and makes any dental work done pain free. He is truly gifted and skilled dentist.

I recently went in to get a cleaning and I am so pleased with the thoroughness of dr. Lien's work. He provides an excellent service and would recommend him to anyone who is worried about pain because he makes dental work virtually painless.

If you would like your fillings to look real, please see Dr. Howard. He has re-done an old filling of mine which had been bothering me. Now it doesn't hurt and it looks great! It seems like most of his patients are referred by word of mouth. His dental office is on the second floor and it has a parking lot behind it. His charge is really fair. I also like that he would not recommend anything unnecessary. I highly recommend him.

This was the best trip to a dentist ever. Dr. Howard saved my teeth. I was told by another dentist that I had three cavities and needed to spend couple hundred dollars to treat them. Since I don't feel pain so I felt questionable about the diagnosis. I went to Dr. Howard's dental office to have 2nd opinion. His staff was very agreeable, attentive and professional. He is very patient with me and listened to my concerns carefully. Then he checked thoroughly and found 2 of those weren't cavity but discoloration by me drinking too much coffee. He took time to treat the 1 problem tooth
