Dr. Cyndi Chen brings you over twenty years experience in dentistry. She graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. Before moving to the Bay Area, she practiced as a general dentist in Phoenix, Arizona, where she had lived with her family since 1987.
Prior to this in 1984, she received her first dental degree from one of China's top dental schools, the West China University of Medical Sciences School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, she followed with post-graduate training in the Affiliated Hospital of Shanghai Medical University while working under the direction of a group of renowned dental specialists.

Located in West Valley Professional Center, our building (Bldg 6) is custom built for your comfort and convenience. We use the most advanced dental instruments with fully integrated digital solutions, such as Intraoral and Extraoral Digital Cameras, Intraoral Direct Digital Radiography, and Panoramic Digital Radiography.

Recently I was back to Dr. Cyndi Chen's dental site to have had a routine teeth cleaning, which was the first time visiting her office since Covid-19 pandemic. A cleaning status of Cyndi's working environment impresses me again. All required for Safety and Healthy are complied with CDC regulatory guideline. Really appreciate all efforts and good job done by Cyndi and her team (particularly Edina) on keeping patients' safety and healthy!

We have been going to Dr Chen since the practice was established in California. The office never ceases to amaze me. They have taken this COVID-19 situation very seriously and I was very impressed with the surveys, scrutiny and practices to keep me and my family safe. You're in good hands with these folks for sure.

My hygienists hands were just amazing I mean they were steady and intriguing to watch, and my teeth feels clean. In the past I've had others (at another practice) who would lay their fingers on my mouth, lips, or jaw and apply some pressure to keep their hands steady while cleaning my teeth-that pressure usually makes me uncomfortable as that's a lot of weight. Luckily she does not, I came in got my stuff done quickly, and nicely. Scheduling my 6 months was a breeze-Love it here. And hubby if you're reading this no cavities, or issues.

I'm dr chen's patient . My front teeth's veneer came off right after holiday, unfortunately the office was close, so i was unable to have teeth fixed. I was trying to call direct dr Chen's cellphone and she has no hesitate to go to office herself and recement it for me. This was not easy for her to do for me without assistant. Dr Chen was understanding that I had to take a day off because of my teeth. Thank you so much for your care and i appreciated your time and efford .

Very inconsistent service. Came here before and got a great cleaning the first time but subsequent appointments were mediocre at best and the staff were unenthusiastic, sometimes borderline impolite. One of my family members had pain in their teeth for a while and got it checked out and they said that there's nothing that can be done. After getting a second opinion, it turns out they were just waiting so they can pull the teeth out and make more money by doing implants. Will be changing providers.

knowledgeable, skillful and honest dentist. You will definitely feel you got very good and necessary treatment, not like in some other dentist clinics, you likely feel you were fooled after a visit. Excellent receptionists, excellent environment, clean and spacious. My two grandkids are never scared to be treated there, in stead, they love doctor Chen and they love to play there, because there are some very nice toys for both young and old kids.
