Established in 2000, The E Group provides supplemental employees to the region's most sought after power projects. Choose between short term, long term or contract to hire assignments across the Northeast and Southeast with clients of ours, such as Southern Company Services and Southern Nuclear Operating Company, to name a few.
Marion has been recruiting for The E Group since 2007, and she is a Birmingham native. Marion graduated from The University of the South in Tennessee and has a Master's degree from The University of Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, yoga, and traveling. She loves that she gets to talk on the phone for a living and is always thrilled to say, "You got the job, welcome to The E Group!"
We are proud to offer referral fees to anyone who connects us with a consultant who is hired by The E Group. You may remain anonymous if you wish. We are always looking for consultants for our engineering projects from administrators, drafters, and soil testers to engineers, designers, and cost managers.
Paychecks are issued bi-weekly, with the close of the pay period being one week before the pay date. Depending upon the Client Company with whom you are placed, your time sheet will likely be submitted electronically for you. If a manual timesheet is required, then you may fax or email same to our Human Resources Department no later than noon of the Wednesday that follows the close out of the pay period.
The E Group's home office is located in Inverness, Alabama - a suburb just outside of Birmingham. Inverness is centrally located to all our client sites across the Southeast. In addition, our offices are conveniently located 3 miles from the corporate offices of Southern Company and Southern Nuclear- the 4th largest utility in the U.S.
